I have been in practice in Telluride, CO since 2014 living and working in this community that I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of . I studied biology in my undergraduate program and went to massage therapy school prior to pursing a graduate program in Chinese Medicine. I was looking for a system that addressed both the physical and the emotional aspects of the human experience. I wanted to learn practical ways to address the whole person and be able to educate on dietary and lifestyle approaches to better health.

Chinese Medicine is a deep system offering a variety of modalities to support health and personalized care. It is a rich tradition developed over thousands of years that provides not only treatment, but also education for those who want to actively participate in their own wellness. I hope to help you create a new level of health in your life!
